During initial sessions expect to spend time on introduction, discussion and analysis of your needs as well as definition of goals for upcoming sessions

Laura has more than 10 years of experience in Psychology, Communications, Program / Project Management and Research & Development (Robotics, Minimally Invasive Surgery and Navigation Systems). Her experience was gained during various roles and assignments with increasing responsibilities at world's largest life science companies such as Johnson & Johnson (Switzerland) and Medtronic (Switzerland) to name a few. She is also co-founder of Limitless Mind Alliance.
Laura is a co-author of the US patent in the Robotics & Navigation field. She also has received prestigious Johnson & Johnson awards (Gold, Silver and Bronze) as well as Mallinkrodt Pharmaceuticals' President Award, Special President's Selection RTMEA for her excellent performance.
Laura holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University, Extension School (Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA), MA degree in Cognition and Communication from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and MSc degree in Organizational Psychology and BSc degree in Psychology from the Vytautas Magnus University. She is also a licensed Swiss Psychologist and FSP Psychologist (Federation of Swiss Psychologists) title holder. Laura is an active member of Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP) and Association of Central Swiss Psychologists (vipp). She is also passionate about Cognitive Science, Human-Machine Interaction, Neuroscience and Leadership/High Performance. Laura is also actively blogging about Cognitive Science, Human-Machine Interaction and Psychology. In her free times she is taking ballet lessons, doing power yoga and relaxation exercises.
