Salvijus Naikauskas possesses more than 20 years of professional experience in Portfolio/Program/Project Management as well as 6 years in Management Consulting and Leadership Coaching. During various roles and assignments with increasing responsibilities at the world- leading financial institutions such as Allianz Group, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Atradius, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, DNB and European Commission as well as running his own companies he has gained international experience and developed his professional network all over the world. Salvijus lived and worked in 6 countries and 12 cities and served of corporations, financial and public institutions of various size, acting in a very broad spectrum of industries in EMEA, CIS, North America and Asia Pacific.
Salvijus is also Co-Founder of Limitless Mind Alliance and Founder & CEO of Naikauskas Global Business Services (Switzerland). He holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University, Harvard Extension School (Cambridge, MA, USA), a PMP license from the Project Management Institute (Switzerland), MSc in Management (Cum Laude) and an MBA degree in International Marketing from the ESB Business School, Reutlingen University (Germany).
Salvijus was awarded with DAAD Scholarship (world's largest funding organization for the international exchange of students and researchers) for his MBA studies at the ESB Business School.
In his free time Salvijus likes martial arts, yoga, fitness and swimming, and is interested in cosmology. He is also passionate about Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, Human-Machine Interaction and Artificial General Intelligence / Machine Learning.
