During initial sessions expect to spend time on introduction, discussion and analysis of your needs as well as definition of goals for upcoming sessions
Depending upon the focus and defined goals (learning, awareness building, insight search, problem solving), upcoming sessions will incorporate a combination of psychological methods and techniques particularly tailored for you
For the best outcome, you will have to invest yourself in the process and work actively on things we discuss both during and between our sessions
