• During initial sessions expect to spend time on introduction, discussion and analysis of your needs as well as definition of goals for upcoming sessions

• Depending upon the focus and defined goals (learning, awareness building, insight search, problem solving), upcoming sessions will incorporate a combination of psychological methods and techniques particularly tailored for you

• For the best outcome, you will have to invest yourself in the process and work actively on things we discuss both during and between our sessions

• Virtual or face-to-face sessions (or a combination of both)
